Grecia: importante dichiarazione dal FMI (?)

Ve lo facevo notare un paio di giorni fa in insomma la "Krande Cermania" si decida. La partita sulla Grecia si sta giocando tra Germania(+UE) e FMI (decapitato) che tentenna o anche il FMI partecipa al Bailout Ellenico oppure la Germania non caccia la grana...

Austrian finance minister says if IMF stops helping Greece then Austria would do the same

A new bailout will be needed, but this will violate current IMF rules, which stipulate that there has to be an expectation of an imminent ability to payback the loan.

Implementation of reforms have come to a "standstill" in recent quarters.

This is the devastating line from the report: "Given the remoteness of Greece returning to funding markets in 2012, the adjustment program is now underfinanced.

The next disbursement cannot take place before this underfinancing is resolved"

(traduzione sommaria: la Grecia è troppo scarrupata nel breve per poter ripagare il prestito quindi sborsare la grana sarebbe contro il regolamento del FMI...).

Se la situazione post-Strauss-Kahn si sbloccasse e se l'FMI derogasse sul suo regolamento allora molto probabilmente si potrebbe guadagnare qualche altro mese di tempo sul Default della Grecia...
